Cochem imperial castle

With its more than 1.000 years of history, Cochem Imperial Castle is our region’s touristic magnet par excellence. From no matter what direction, you approach our town, you will always find our castle more than 100 meters above the Moselle river with a steep mountain peak serving as its imposing throne.

But not only admired from below is our castle breath-taking. A guided tour of its imposing interior, like the Knight’s hall, hunting room or bower is highly recommended. Enjoy the breath-taking view of Cochem and the Moselle river!
