Pinnerkreuz

The Pinnerkreuz lookout point with a fantastic view of the Mosel valley is located high on top of the Pinnerberg mountain. It is easily and conveniently reached by our chair lift, the Cochemer Sesselbahn. The name is a reference to a shepherd who wanted to safe a lost animal of his from falling into the depths. Legend has that he lost his life trying. It is in his memory that the cross was put up.

Tip: You can hike uphill through the vineyards.
